Our heart is the nuclear generator of the human energy system, all health, mental well being, emotional well being, our center of function and we all depend upon on it absolutely. Not only does a well functioning heart and its energies maintain our strength, joy and an extremely powerful machine in regards to all our thoughts, how we look upon ourselves, our actions AND our magic, it is also the ultimate MAGIC PROTECTION device against all evil doers and ill wishers. Our heart 'energy' works similiar to that of the sun - burning resplentantly, fiery and strong, it simply burns up everything that comes close and uses it for fuel. So in this regard, and much like our own sun, it thereby protects the entire "solar system" or 'chakra centers' of our energy bodies from harm, as well as generating the energy we need for being strong, loving, happy and proactive in life. Extremely radiant and "attractive" to others, (think of a beacon flashing out across the dark ocean, bringing ships safely into the bay), as well as being powerful, vibrant, safe and strong, having a solid center of self, high self esteem and good results in your plans and activities, the energy of our hearts is the ideal place to start a real regeneration of life - in a very real and practical sense. To heal.
Here is the good news, at time we may be feeling weak and vulnerable because our heart was broken, or damaged in the past, even repeatedly, something CAN be done about this. We all have healing hands of energy (not just the flesh covering the hands) and we can SELF HEAL a broken or damaged heart of energy. When energy and power are in minuscule supply, what dimmunitive amount of energy that we have left can be channelled DIRECTLY to our own heart of energy, and there it is most beneficial, because the heart of energy fuels just about everything else. This generates more life force, more essence of ourselves which in turn can be used to further restore, heal and nourish the energies of our heart regardless of the damage others have done. It can only harms us if we CHOSE to allow it to hurt us.
Starting the healing process of our own hearts a virtuous circle begins. This is simply because once the heart starts working again, just like an engine, we immediately feel a lot better and then able to process all other incoming nourishing energies - from loved ones, family & friends, from the land, from animals, from minerals, crystals, in fact, from everywhere. Then our energy systems start flowing properly, and we are able to generate and use a lot more energy for our lives and loves. It is only usually when our heart energies are at an all time low, that we become affected by negative energies- therefore allowing harmful energies; or low energies to become attached. By doing this 'Heal My Heart Ritual' at least three times a day, morning, noon and night for 9 days, afternoons and nights WILL significantly improve your energy flow and your health and happiness. It is only a simple daily ritual/dedication/affirmation to do, but it is the key to self-healing and something we all have to do in order to maintain and function properly.
