Our heart is the nuclear generator of the human energy system, all health, mental well being, emotional well being, our center of function and we all depend upon on it absolutely. Not only does a well functioning heart and its energies maintain our strength, joy and an extremely powerful machine in regards to all our thoughts, how we look upon ourselves, our actions AND our magic, it is also the ultimate MAGIC PROTECTION device against all evil doers and ill wishers. Our heart 'energy' works similiar to that of the sun - burning resplentantly, fiery and strong, it simply burns up everything that comes close and uses it for fuel. So in this regard, and much like our own sun, it thereby protects the entire "solar system" or 'chakra centers' of our energy bodies from harm, as well as generating the energy we need for being strong, loving, happy and proactive in life. Extremely radiant and "attractive" to others, (think of a beacon flashing out across the dark ocean, bringing ships safely into the bay), as well as being powerful, vibrant, safe and strong, having a solid center of self, high self esteem and good results in your plans and activities, the energy of our hearts is the ideal place to start a real regeneration of life - in a very real and practical sense.
